The City of Plattsburgh is applying for funding through the NY Main Street Technical Assistance Program. The intent of this Program is to identify four projects that will directly improve the City’s capacity and/or readiness to administer a NY Main Street Building Renovation Program in the future. Downtown property owners, and business owners are encouraged to submit an application by Wednesday July 24th to apply to participate in the program.
