Submissions
Applicants must first submit a digital copy of all application materials via email to: planning@cityofplattsburgh-ny.gov. Upon confirmation by Planning Staff that the application is complete, applicants must submit hard copies of documents as follows:
Applicants must submit 12 (twelve) hard copies of all Planning Board applications (see below for plan size details).
4 - Full Size Sets - 18 x 24"
8 - Reduced Size Sets - 11 x 17" (or full size if appropriate for plan detail)
