Created by the City of Plattsburgh to recognize and honor residents who have served or who are serving in the United States Armed Services. This program is non-political and non-partisan and is intended to serve as a living memorial to those service men and women from the City of Plattsburgh.

The City has many athletic fields (soccer, baseball, softball, football, lacrosse, etc.) throughout it’s public parks. These fields are used heavily during the summer season and must be reserved in advance.

On November 29th, 2018 the Common Council formed the PPAC. The goal of the PPAC is to advise the Common Council on parking and related matters as well as to guide and review the preparation of parking plans and programs. The Common Council approved the following members representing different downtown stakeholders for a 2-year term.
