About the Program
The City of Plattsburgh’s Community Development Revolving Loan Fund (CDRLF) is a source of capital offering competitive rates and flexible terms to provide borrowers with access to an affordable financing source. The primary objective of the CDRLF is the development of viable urban communities, by providing decent housing, a suitable living environment, and expanding economic opportunities, principally for persons of low and moderate income.

Comprehensive Plan Public Meeting
The City of Plattsburgh, along with consultants Saratoga Associates and Behan Planning and Design, will be holding a public meeting to discuss the Final Drafts of the Comprehensive Plan and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program for the city on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 at 5:00pm at City Hall.
