General Guidelines
REFUSE AND RECYCLABLES: To be placed at curbside before the start of the work day (7:00am). Refuse must be in clear bags only and city bin must be used for recyclables.
GRASS, LEAVES & BRUSH: To be placed at curbside in paper or biodegradable bags at no charge to all city residence. Please do not mix contents together when bagging and use only paper or biodegradable bags (plastic not accepted). *Due to scheduling difficulties or because of unusually large amounts citywide, it may take a few extra days for the collection of such. Patience is requested and appreciated.
DO NOT rake grass or leaves into the street.

PLEASE CONTACT PUBLIC WORKS AT (518)563-1120 OR (518)563-6841 TO ARRANGE DELIVERY OR PICK UP OF A RECYCLING BIN. THE PERSON’S NAME THAT THE ACCOUNT IS SET UP UNDER NEEDS TO SIGN FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIN AT TIME OF DELIVERY. BIN MAY ALSO BE PICKED UP AT THE YARD DURING WORK HOURS.
